Nikita is the review layer at NimbleFinCorp. She oversees bookkeeping, bank and payroll reconciliations, and financial statements prepared by the team, checking them for accuracy and compliance before anything reaches a client — including year-end statements, where she coordinates with the team to resolve discrepancies for timely, error-free submission.

She's strongest at cleanup and reconciliation: digging into messy or outdated books, fixing discrepancies, and reconciling bank, payroll and loan accounts back to audit-ready condition. Her approach is solution-focused — careful review, reconciliation and consistent monthly and yearly updates that hold accuracy over time.

Before NFC, she worked at CR Shah & Associates on Australian accounting — bookkeeping, reconciliations, NDIS record-keeping, payroll, financial statements and tax filings for businesses and individuals.

Completed a full books-cleanup for a client with messy, outdated records — reconciled accounts, corrected discrepancies and delivered accurately, ahead of deadline; also supported year-end financials for a CPA to ensure accurate, timely IRS reporting.
