Pooja brings new clients to NimbleFinCorp — understanding their accounting and bookkeeping requirements and connecting them with the right team. She manages client communication, maintains internal records, coordinates onboarding, assists with billing, and supports the firm's marketing by creating and managing content for LinkedIn and Instagram.

She enjoys connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs and helping them find the right solution — then carrying that through onboarding into ongoing support.

Before NFC, she spent 4+ years in banking as a Branch Relationship Manager (Kotak Mahindra), Service Delivery Manager (IndusInd) and Phone Banking Officer (HDFC) — managing customer relationships across accounts, loans, cards and insurance, with exposure to financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Has helped grow the firm by generating qualified leads, supporting client onboarding, keeping internal records organised, and strengthening the firm's online presence through LinkedIn and Instagram content.
